Pre-paid funeral plans are to be regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority UK (FCA) from 29 July 2022.

Even though the FCA do not hold Guernsey within its authority, we wish to follow best practice for our clients plans.

Argent Funeral Care welcome these new regulations that will ensure our clients pre-paid plans are safe and and not mis-sold.

This page is in process of being updated to ensure it follows new FCA marketing regulations.

We are still able to provide pre-paid plans at this time.

If you’re a Member of the Channel Islands Cooperative Society, once paid in full, pre-paid plans are applicable purchases for dividend in the event a dividend is declared and payable.

This only applies to our services provided and not any third party costs.
